PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a sensor by constructing a water sensing valve with a two-layers molding consisting of a water swelling urethane elastomer and a water non-swelling elastomer. CONSTITUTION:A water sensing valve is constructed with a two-layers molding consisting of a water swelling urethane elastomer layer 1 and a water non- swelling elastomer layer 2. Water swelling urethane elastomer consists of an active hydrogen component having polyether polyol and aliphatic polyiso- cyanate. Rubber, etc., is used as water non-swelling elastomer. Accordingly, moisture control can easily be conducted without the need of any electric/ mechanic control.
