<p>The longitudinal rib (4) of the base (1) forms the central longitudinal member of the gripper. The two spindles (7,8) are integral with this rib and carry ball slides (16) on which are mounted the two jaws (10,11) of the gripper. The two oblique grooves (14,15) delimited by the projecting parts (10a, 10b, 11a, 11b) of the jaws (10,11) interact with the rollers (24) which are mounted under the drive head (22).
