发明名称 DIELECTRIC RESONATOR CONTROLLED OSCILLATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the complexity of a manufacturing process and to improve productivity without deteriorating an oscillation characteristic and lowering a yield, by interposing an inductance being adjustable by trimming at a point of distance of 1/8-1/4 wavelength from a coupling point on a line coupled electromagnetically with a dielectric resonator. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric resonator controlled oscillator is constituted by providing the dielectric resonator 1 and a micro strip line 2 coupled to the resonator electromagnetically and whose one end is connected to an oscillating transistor 3. And at a part of the line 2 on a tip side, the inductance 4 is interposed at a position between the 1/4 wavelength and the 1/8 wavelength from the coupling point (a) with the resonator 1. The inductance 4 is constituted in such a way that it cuts a part of the line 4, and also, cut parts are connected with plural bonding wires, and the device is constituted so that the change of the inductance can be adjusted by the trimming of the bonding wires 9.
