PURPOSE:To suppress the adverse effect of series resonance from an inductor(I) large in inductance to the I small in inductance, by separating plural inductors to a large I and a small I, and connecting a switching device between the large I and the small I. CONSTITUTION:As for the plural Is 6-9 whose values of inductance are set at relation of L1<L2<L3<L4, the I6 and the I7 are set as the Is small in inductance, and the I8 and the I9 as the Is large in inductance. And between the Is 8 and 9 and the Is 6 and 7, the switching device, for example, a diode 20 is connected so that the cathode confronts with the Is 8 and 9, and the anode with the Is 6 and 7. In such a way, it is possible to prevent the adverse effect due to the series resonance generated by the inductance of the Is 8 and 9 and capacitance of diodes 12 and 13 on the Is 6 and 7 from being given.
