<p>PURPOSE:To safely activate an animal or plant to be activated such as vegetables, fishes and other edible animal meats housed in a water vessel with infrared heat or ion radiated using an infrared heating radiator, by providing the radiator in the water vessel. CONSTITUTION:The aimed apparatus is composed of the following constitution: A driving apparatus 11 equipped with a vessel water cooling equipment and water circulating equipment is installed and an infrared heat radiator 1 having electrically controlled (pressure reducing transformer 9) pair or pairs of absorbing and sending pipes (e.g. 17, 17', 18, 18') and voltage is attached in the water vessels (19, 19'). The infrared heat and ion is applied to an animal or plant to be activated which is housed in the water vessels (19, 19') and the animal or plant to be activated is activated by the function of thermal bath.</p> |
