<p>PURPOSE:To allocate diagram data in an optimum position by specifying diagram data to be inserted and the position in accordance with key information and allocating a diagram area, which has the size designated by diagram data, in document data in accordance with an allocation rule. CONSTITUTION:Sentence data including key information inputted from an input part 1 is preserved in a document data storage part 2 through a management part 13 and is analyzed in a sentence data analyzing part 4 to extract the sentence to be a diagram title, and the value of a sentence number P and the structure attribute at this time are preserved in a document structure storage part 7. A diagram data analyzing part 8 analyzes diagram data to extract the diagram title. If there is diagram data including the same pattern a a category pattern stored in the storage part 7, this diagram data is specified as diagram data to be inserted to the insertion position P. The area size of diagram data is discriminated by a discriminating part 9, and diagram data is written in the insertion position P of the storage part 7 by the management part 13. A control part 10 allocates the diagram area in document data in accordance with the diagram allocation rule from a storage part 11 and outputs it by an output part 12.</p> |
