PURPOSE:To eliminate high-frequency noise components of an input signal and undesired small amplitude components without reducing a gain by inputting an output signal of a differential amplifier to 1st and 2nd slice circuits set to a desired slice level by a slice level setting circuit and synthesizing these sliced signals by a 2nd differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:In-phase and opposite-phase signals outputted from a differential amplifier 10 are given to the 1st and 2nd slice circuits 11, 12 and the slice level of the slice circuit is changed by the slice level setting circuit 13 corresponding to the S/N of the input signal and the in-phase and opposite-phase signals outputted from the slice circuit are synthesized by differential amplifier 14. Thus, the gain reduction is prevented to eliminate the high-frequency noise and undesired small amplitude components in the input signal.
