PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which is excellent in the persistence of antistatic properties and useful as an antistatic agent for synthetic resins, particularly vinyl chloride resins, containing a specific graft polymer as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:10-90wt.% radical-polymerizable monomer (A) having a (meth) acrylate group at one terminal and a molecular chain comprising an acid phospho(poly)ethylene oxide and/or acid phospho(poly)propylene oxide as hydrophilic components is radical-polymerized with 90-10wt.% oligomer (B) having a polymerizable functional group at one terminal in a solvent and part or the whole of the phosphoric acid group of the product is neutralized with triethanolamine (C) to obtain the title compsn. which is a graft polymer having a backbone mainly composed of the component A and branches mainly composed of the component B which is a polymerizable component giving a polymer well-compatible with synthetic resins when polymerized, represented by the formula (wherein n is 1-25; R1 and R2 are each H or CH3). 100pts.wt. synthetic resin (e.g., vinyl chloride resin) is blended with an org. ester which is liquid at room temp. and contains 1-10pts.wt. (in terms of graft polymer) said compsn. and a plasticizer dissolved therein.
