PURPOSE:To constitute a logic circuit less in the number of components than a conventional circuit and with higher speed than the conventional circuit by giving an input signal to a drain or a source of a MOS transistor (TR) and to an emitter or a collector of a bipolar TR so as to form a transmission type logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit is an AND gate having an output signal X with respect to n-set of input signals phi1, phi2, phi3,..., phin. The circuit consists of (n-1)-set of N-channel MOS TRs MN42, MN43,..., MN4N and (n-1)-set of P-channel MOS TRs MP42, MP43,..., MP4n and a low level side power Vss. When n-set of input signals are all at a high level Vcc, the said (n-1)-set of the N-channel MOS TRs are all turned on, a charge from the input signal phi1 is transferred to the output A, which is brought into a high level. Conversely, at least one input signal among the n-set of the input signals is at a low level Vss, the output X is brought into a low level.
