摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the identification of tool codes accurately without being influenced by working circumstances, by reading a combination of resonance out of each ceramic resonator of an identifier with a reader via radio, and identifying the tool code conformed to the combination. CONSTITUTION:When tool codes of an identifier 100, having a combination of four resonators 101 with resonance frequencies f5, f6, f10 and f20 are identified, by way of example, first of all, signals of up to frequencies f1-fm are transmitted (SB) from a sweep oscillator 201 of an external reader 200 via a brudge circuit 203 and an antenna 202. And, signals SS of these reconance frequencies of the identifier 100 are received by a periodic wave detector 205 from a loop coil 104 via the antenna 202 and the bridge circuit 203, while these tool codes conformed to the combined frequencies f5, f6, f10 and f20 are collated at a collator circuit 209, numericalized, and outputted to an automatic tool changer (ATC) from an output register 210. Thus, such a tool check that is excellent in reliability is performable.
