PURPOSE:To form a resin compsn. which has an excellent processability in rolling and gives films having no bank mark by calendering, by blending an ethylene/vinyl chloride copolymer with a plasticizer and a specific modifier and/or a processing aid. CONSTITUTION:This ethylene/vinyl chloride copolymer resin compsn. is obtd. by blending 100pts.wt. ethylene/vinyl chloride copolymer (A) having an ethylene content of at least 0.5wt.% and an average degree of polymn. of at least 700, 5-35pts.wt. plasticizer (B) and at least one member (C) selected from among 3-20pts.wt. modifier (c-1) composed of a methyl methacrylate/styrene/butadiene copolymer having such a property that its melt viscosity can be increased without retarding the geletion rate when blended with the component A and 0.1-10 pts.wt. acrylic processing aid (c-2) having such a property that the melt viscosity can be increased without retarding the geletion rate when blended with the component A.
