PURPOSE:To execute the objective operation monitoring or the like of a processing program in response to a highly reliable request by mounting a monitoring program for monitoring a processing program attaining a prescribed operation purpose or informing a monitored result on the titled information processor. CONSTITUTION:When an operation processing program 12 is started, a monitoring program 13 checks a processing procedure and input information on the basis of the sort of a processing program 22 and the input information. The program 13 informs the checked result to a program integrated in the pre-stage by inter-program communication, and when its decided result is valid, transfers control to a processing program 22. A program 23 integrated in the post stage transfers its output information by the inter-program communication and the program 13 checks the processing procedure and the output information on the basis of the sort of the program 22 and the output information.
