PURPOSE:To dispense with such measures as putting a mark on a continuous thread stud and applying a ruler on it in advance as well as to improve the extent of operation efficiency, by fixing the sizing continous thread stud, which only one piece is cut into the required length, to a holding part of a cutter body, and setting it down to a specified size cutting guide. CONSTITUTION:Rotation of an electric motor 5 is decelerated by a gearbox 6, while a cutter holder 4 is moved in rocking motion by linkage in a link cover 7, and a cutter 2 is attached to this cutter holder 4. There is provided with a holding part 11 so as to cause a screw for screwing a continuous thread stud 10 in a side face of the gearbox 6 to be installed in parallel with the direction setting a continuous thread stud 1 to the cutter 2. Accordingly, only one piece of the continuous thread stud 1 is put with a mark on the length L part and cut, and an end face of the sizing continuous thread stud 10 is screwed in the holding part 11 to the extent of a position of the cutter 2 and fixed to a cutter body, and cutting from the second piece is carried out in setting it with the sizing continuous thread stud as a marker.
