<p>Observation device, comprising a source (16) for illuminating the eye with an infrared beam, an interferential filter (14) for separating the reflected infrared beam from visible light, a detector (10) providing an image of the point of reflection, and elements (22, 24, 20, 26) for processing the analog signal provided by the detector. The interferential filter (14) is of the type allowing passage of the infrared beam and reflecting visible light. Said filter (14) is disposed in immediate proximity to the detector, and is aligned with the detector and with the eye. The infrared source (16) is disposed in immediate proximity to the optical axis of the detector, in order to illuminate the eye directly. The image provided by the detector comprises the image of the pupil and that of the reflection from the source onto the cornea, rendering the device suitable for application to pupillometry and for measuring ocular movement.</p> |
