PURPOSE:To optionally form a system command by registering a command definition body in a common area of a memory at the time of changing the system command and setting/deleting the address of the command definition body in/from a command management table. CONSTITUTION:In case of registering a system command, a command definition body 1-1 is previously formed by a system command forming part 1 and registered in the common area of the memory by a system command registering part 2. In case of validating the system command without executing initial program loading (IPL) again, the address of the command definition body 1-1 and a cipher are set up in the 1st command management table 11. In case of validating the system command by repeating the IPL again, the address of the command definition body 1-1 and the cipher are set up once in the 2nd command management table 12, and after executing the IPL of the system again, the contents of the table 12 are transferred to the table 11.
