PURPOSE:To grasp accurate charging information by informing the collected charging information to an application program by the use of an application session. CONSTITUTION:A charging information notice processing section 19 applies processings such as generation of a charging information notice data 20 based on the content of a charging counter 18 on a prescribed occasion such as a request of charging information notice data from an application program section 13, use of an application session and notice of charging information to the application program section 13, which discriminates whether or not a charging information display 21 exists in a header part of a reception data upon the receipt of the said data. In detecting the charging information display 21, a charging information display check processing section 14 uses a charging processing start section 15 to call charging processing part 16 registered at each center in advance. The part 16 execute accurate charging process in response to the quantity of communication data by the charging information notice data 20 informed from a front end processor 11.
