PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a manufacturing process control without a hindrance even when a trouble occurred in a host computer by a method wherein the auxiliary control processor such as a main control computer magnetic card control processor is provided, and the manufacturing process is controlled through the intermediary of the accessory memory storage such as a magnetic card. CONSTITUTION:The main control processor 1 is connected to n-pieces of magnetic card controlling processors 2 and an information control file 3. Also, the n-pieces of the magnetic card control processors 2 have a magnetic card 5, and it is connected to a manufacturing equipment 4. When a trouble occurs in the main control processor and the flow of information pertaining to the process sent from the pain control processor stops, the information of m-process component stored in the magnetic card 5 at the point of time when the trouble occurred is not rewritten. Accordingly, referring to the pointer stored first in the memory of the magnetic card 5, the magnetic card control processor 2 reads out the information of one process component corresponding to said pointer from the magnetic card 5, and the information is outputted to the manufacturing equipment 4. |
