PURPOSE:To reproduce and listen to the newest and concerned message earlier to the user among incoming messages by providing a control means reproducing reversely incoming messages stored in a storage medium from the newest message sequentially. CONSTITUTION:The 1st message is stored from a start point SP1 of an area 1 to an end of a storage medium 30. Moreover, various controls are applied by a microcomputer 9. When the storage of the 1st incoming message is finished, the set is controlled to be in stand-by state. The storage medium 30 is rewound to the storage start point SP2 in preparation for the 2nd incoming message or rewound up to the SP1 so that the 1st incoming message recorded already is reproduced instantly by the control. Similarly, the n-th incoming message is stored from the SPn to the SPn-1. In this case, the message is stored up to the (n-1)th area in excess of the SPn-1 so as not to erase the message stored before in the (n-1)th area.
