PURPOSE:To form a rearranged object and to integrate the formed object storing Japanese data in a forward file based on an application program in the case of describing Japanese including 'KANJI' (Chinese characters) in a program environment having only an alphanumeric input function. CONSTITUTION:A source program 9 is formed by an editor 8 and a main object 11 is formed by a compiler 10. A data forming part 12 forms the forward file 1 by means of a conversion table for Japanese input. A rearranged object forming part 5 forms a rearranged object 13 based on the contents of the forward file 1. An execution program 15 is formed by linking the main object 11 with the rearranged object through a coupling/editing (linking) part 14.
