发明名称 WITHSTAND VOLTAGE TREATING METHOD OF CATHODE RAY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a cathode ray tube with stable quality and good efficiency by treating the tube by making use of a withstand voltage treating mechanism obtained by combining in step wise a zone inspection process responding to the withstand voltage quality of the cathode ray tube with a zone treating process. CONSTITUTION:For a cathode ray tube, e.g., used in a 30kV level, which a withstand voltage treatment is conducted by a treating for process 11 of a main line, emission from a fluorescent screen due to electric discharge and field emission is detected in an inspection process 12 of the main line, and the quality of withstand voltage thereof is judged corresponding to the amount of the emission. And, cathode ray tubes whose fluorescent screen emission voltage is over 30kV are sent to succeeding processes as shown by an arrow 13, and those less than 30kV sent to zone treating lines 161-163. In the zone lines 161-163, the tubes are successively sent to an inspection process 121 for an inspection as a 25- 30kV level, an inspection process 122 for an inspection as a 20-25kV level, and to an inspection process 123 for an inspection as a level less than 20kV, and is distributed to any arriving level zone. Successively, the cathode ray tubes are subjected to a prescribed withdraw voltage treatment by respective treating processe 141-143, and again judged by the inspection device 12 of the main line.
