PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. which has excellent flow characteristics, gives molded products having excellent resistance to heat and cracking and has no anisotropy, by blending a resin component with a specific fiber component and a filler having a powder component. CONSTITUTION:A fiber component (a) having an average diameter of 0.1-3mum and an average length of 0.3-400mum (e.g., ceramics fiber) is mixed with a filler (b) having a powder component having an average particle size of 0.05-60mum (e.g., alumina powder) in a vol. ratio of a to a+b of 0.1-0.8 to obtain a mixture (B). 100pts.vol. resin component (A) (e.g., an epoxy resin having at least one epoxy group per molecule) is blended with 40-200pts.vol. component B and optionally, a curing agent (accelerator) for the component A, a colorant, a stabilizer, a coupling agent, etc. (C).
