PURPOSE:To reduce a number of shafts in the whole unit while to promote the commonness of bearings, and the integration or the like of a case, by straight arranging an engine output shaft, compressor driving shaft and a generator driving shaft on the same common shaft. CONSTITUTION:An engine 1, compressor 2 and a generator 3 are arranged linearly on the same common shaft 7. That is, an engine output shaft 7a, compressor driving shaft 7b and a generator driving shaft 7c are arranged linearly on the same common shaft 7, and the same common shaft 7 is rotatably supported to a case 9 by plural bearing 8a-8c. While the same common shaft 7 provides a starter 4 to be parallelly arranged, that is, the same common shaft 7 provides a starter rotary shaft 4b to be parallelly arranged, further its fixed gear 4a is meshed mutually with a gear 3a fixed to the generator driving shaft 7c.
