<p>PURPOSE:To perform a program searching reproduction at a constant tape traveling speed, independently of the length of a tape by obtaining a voltage corresponding to the revolving speed of a rotary head by means of a pulse generating means and a converting means, and supplying the said voltage to a circuit to control a tape travel. CONSTITUTION:The pulse generating means generates the pulse of a frequency, corresponding to the revolution of the rotary heads 15a, 15b. The converting means converts the frequency of the pulse into the voltage and outputs it. the controlling means supplies the output voltage of the converting means to the circuit to control the tape travel, after the tape 10 starts traveling at the time of a program searching reproduction. Thus, the tape traveling speed at the time of the program searching reproduction can be made constant, and the revolution of the rotary head comes stable, and the tape traveling speed can be made constant independently of the tape length.</p> |
