<p>PURPOSE:To accurately inform of whether a tracking is in the optimum state or not to a user by displaying the tracking being under variation at the reproduction time. CONSTITUTION:A display means 18 displaying the tracking being under variation is provided. According to the reproduction start the tracking value of the reproduction signal level becoming max. is detected and while the optimum tracking value is detected, i.e., while the tracking varies by the operation of an automatic tracking device part, an LED 18 is subjected to pulse driving through an LED driving circuit 17 based on the command from a microcomputer 16. At the time when being fixed to the optimum tracking the microcomputer 16 then stops the pulse driving control of the LED 18 and controls the LED driving circuit 17 so as to drive the LED 18 with constant current. The state of the S/N of the reproduction signal and voice wow and flutter while the optimum tracking value is detected can thus be known by a user accurately.</p> |
