摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an inspection device which has a simple facility, high operation efficiency, and high measurement accuracy by providing a light source, a conical body which distributes and projects light, and a two-dimensional light receiving part which detects a reflected light image from the peripheral surface in a tube in a detection head. CONSTITUTION:The detection head 1 is constituted by arranging the light source 22, projection lenses 23 and 24 which constitute a projection optical system, the conical body 25 which constitutes a light distributing means, a lens 26 which constitutes a convergence optical system, the two-dimensional light receiving part 27, etc., in a hollow cylindrical casing 21. Then the light emitted by the light source 22 is projected by the lens 23 on the axis of the conical body 25 from the vertex side in parallel, distributed and emitted from the peripheral surface in all directions intersecting orthogonally with the axial line and projected on the inner peripheral surface of the tube P to be inspected. The reflected light from the inner peripheral surface is converged by the lens 26 and incident on the light receiving part 27, and data regarding the quantities of light reception of respective parts are read in a detector main body 2. The processing part 35 of the main body 2 subjects the signal from the light receiving part 27 into binarization, which is passed through a radius measuring circuit, an averaging circuit, a differential circuit, etc., to obtain a signal regarding only a projection- recess part, thereby evaluating the internal surface of the tube.
