<p>PROCESS FOR PREPARING 4-¢2-(DIALKYLAMINO)ETHYL!ISATINS 4-¢2-(Dialkylamino)ethyl!isatins are prepared by internal condensation of an oxime followed by optional removal of protecting groups. The products of the reaction are D2-agonists and, thereby, have anti-hypertensive activity. A compound prepared using this process is 4-¢2-(di-n-propylamino)ethyl!-4-hydroxyisatin.</p> |
