PURPOSE:To make easier the recovery of steel materials by drawing by a method in which a film capable of increasing the lubricity of the surface of the steel material when penetrating-in the steel material and also of being separated from the surface of the steel material when pulling off the steel material is provided on the surface of the steel material by electrodeposition. CONSTITUTION:Opposite charge to the charge of an anionic or cationic emulsion of a wax or waxy resin of solid state at ordinary temperature is applied to a steel material in an electrodeposition bath of the emulsion to form the film of the wax or waxy resin on the surface of the steel material. Before soil concrete 2 in the ground 1 hardens, the steel material 3 formed by said method is penetrated into the soil concrete 2, where the film of the material 3 serves to increase the lubricity of the surface of the material 3 and does not separate from the steel material 3. Also, when pulling out the steel material 3, the film is separated from the surface of the steel material 3. |
