PURPOSE:To easily and accurately change any type of information between memory means at a high speed by providing such constitution where both internal and external memory means can be rewritten and have the same logical structure. CONSTITUTION:The titled processor consists of an internal memory means 3 and an external memory means 4 have the same logical structure and store information in a rewritable form respectively, a collation means collates the information stored in the means 3 with that stored in the means 4, an information changing means rewrites the information stored in either one of both means 3 and 4 into the information stored in the other means based on the result of collation obtained by the collation means. Then the collation means collates the information stored in the rewritable means 3 with the information stored in the rewritable means 4 and having the same logical structure as that of the means 3. Based on this collating result, the information changing means changes the information stored in the memory means. Thus it is possible to change the information between both memory means in an easy, accurate and fast way.
