PURPOSE:To prevent a disk from flawing and an accident during the transfer of a cleaning means, etc., by providing a detecting means for detecting an engagement of the cleaning means with a transfer means. CONSTITUTION:When a cartridge main body 40 of the cleaning means is normally fitted into a cartridge holder 51 of a turning arm 50, the main body 40 is guided and abutted by an abutting part 70a of a cartridge guide 70 and an abutting part 80a of a guide member 80 respectively. At that time, an abutting edge 40a of the main body 40 is abutted against such abutting parts 80a and 80c to be fitted, so that a detecting switch 81 is pressed by the abutting edge 40a accordingly. If the cartridge main body 40 is not normally fitted, the detecting switch 81 will never be pressed by the abutting edge 40a. By this method, such troubles are prevented as a damaged disk due to the cleaning operation at the time of misfitting the cleaning means and a halfway stoppage, etc.
