PURPOSE:To bring pressure to an equilibrium state by releasing the gas on a high pressure side from a discharge port, by arranging a bidirectional pressure equilibrium device partitioned by a diaphragm and communicating with the first and second flow passages and provided with the discharge port brought into contact with the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The first flow passage from an air supply source 11, the second flow passage from a carbon dioxide supply source 1, the solenoid valves 2, 12 provided to both flow passages to open and close the same, pressure reducing valves 3, 13, a pressure equilibrium device 4 and gaseous mixture outlets 7, 17 are provided to a gas mixer. When a carbon dioxide gas side is connected to the connection part 21 of the pressure equilibrium device 4 and an air side is connected to a connection part 22, chambers 28, 30 and chambers 27, 29 are respectively filled with air and carbon dioxide across diaphragms 23, 24 corresponding to the secondary pressure of the pressure reducing valves 3, 13. Herein, when air pressure is higher than the pressure of carbon dioxide, air escapes from a relief port 26 and, contrarily, when the pressure of carbon dioxide is higher than the air pressure, carbon dioxide escapes from a relief port 25 and the secondary pressures of both gases are kept constant.
