<p>PURPOSE:To increase a processing speed by dividing a received signal by BPFs into plural frequency bands, performing A/D conversion at sampling intervals matching with necessary frequency resolution, and inputting A/D conversion outputs to a memory. CONSTITUTION:A received signal which is reflected by the surface of the sea and received by a receiver is distributed into four by a power distributor 1. Then output digital signals of the distributor 1 are divided by the 1st-4th BPFs 2-5 into the four frequency bands. Consequently, the output digital signals of 1st-4th A/D converters 6-9 have necessary frequency resolution by the bands and data rates matching with the band widths. Then the outputs of the converters 6-9 are multiplexed and stored in the input memory 10. Then the data stored in the memory 10 is transferred, band by band, to a Doppler filter 11 to generate filter banks by Fourier transformation, thus dividing an observation area. Consequently, the processing speed is increased.</p> |
