<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to clean parallel panel surfaces in a series of automatic works by constructing a rail meandering threading the panels, between the parallel carburetor panels, and providing a cleaning unit running freely on the rail. CONSTITUTION:By starting an air motor 7, a wheel 8 is rotated, and a truck 5 and a cleaning unit which consists of a guide frame 6, rotary brushes 13, and the like move laterally on the panel surfaces along a rail 3. After cleaning between the panels 1 and 1 in such a way, the truck 5 and the cleaning unit move from the straight line to the curve of the rail 3, running around the ends of the panels 1, enter between the following panels 1 and 1, and clean them from the opposite side in turn in the same manner. By repeating such an operation, every part between the parallel panels 1 and 1 is cleaned from the ends in order by the running of the truck 5 along the rail 3.</p> |
