PURPOSE:To obtain a detection sensor which is capable of detecting an aldehyde compd. by an ion sensitive field effect transistor (ISFET) as a differential output by forming a carboxyphthalocyanine base metal complex on an electrode of the ISFET. CONSTITUTION:This detection sensor is obtd. by forming the carboxyphthalocyanine metal complex on the electrode of the ISFET. For exam ple, a higher alkyl ester metal complex of phthalocyanine tetracarboxylic acid, the resultant reaction product of a styrene-2-vinyl pyridine copolymer and the carboxyphthalocyanine metal complex, etc., are used as the carboxyphtha locyanine metal complex. Iron, cobalt, copper, nickel, lead, etc., more preferably iron complex or cobalt complex are used for the metal complex. The formation of the thin film is executed by immersing the entire part of the ISFET except the contact parts thereof into an org. solvent soln. of the carboxyphthalocyanine metal complex and drying the same. |
