PURPOSE:To permit execution of reispection of a microsample with high accuracy by correcting the result of the inspection based on the microsample at the time of the reispection with the component, the measurement result of which comes within a measurable range, as an index, regardless of the kind of the sample. CONSTITUTION:If the result of the measurement is an abnormally high value which exceeds the measurement range, a control circuit 20 commands the reispection so that the sample of an ordinary inspection volume Vx1 is dispensed from the sample just completed of the analysis into a 1st reaction tube 4(41) and that the sample of a micro-volume Vx2 which is the volume to be reinspected is dispensed into the 2nd, and 3rd reaction tubes 4(42, 43). A dispenser 12 injects the reagent capable of making an inspection item regardless of the kind of the sample, the measurement result of which comes relatively within the specified range, for example, capable of detecting total protein, into the reaction tube 42 in proportion to the micro-volume Vx2. The absorbancies of the total proteins in the reaction tubes 41, 42 are computed in such a manner and the ratio K is determined. The reagent corresponding to the inspection item requiring the reispection in the previous analysis is disposed into the reaction tube 43 in proportion to the volume Vx2 and the absorbency thereof is determined. The absorbency is corrected by multiplying the same by the ratio K.
