PURPOSE:To reduce the rocking radius of a flow passage selector valve as well as to attempt miniaturization, the enhancement in transportation efficiency and the like by curving into a projection form the root end section of a flow passage selector valve provided to the bottom of a hopper and providing a drive lever to the side near the rocking center of the root end section. CONSTITUTION:Plural concrete cylinders 11 are provided on the right side well board 10a of a hopper 10. While each of bearing sections 14 provided to the root end section 13a of a flow passage selector valve 13 is pivotally supported in the right side board 10b via a pair of bearings 12. And the flow passage selector valve 13 is connected to a transport pipe 15 on its root end 13a, a rocking end 13b is also arranged in front of the concrete cylinder 11. In this case, the root end 13a of the flow passage selector valve 13 is curved into a projection form between the bearings 12 to the opposite side of the rocking end 13b with respect to the rocking center Oa of the aforesaid valve 13, and a drive lever 16 is projected monolithically on the outer circumference of a pipe wall A near the rocking center Oa of the flow passage selector valve 13, and is thereby connected to a hydraulic cylinder 17.
