<p>PURPOSE:To discharge air in a cylinder out as well as to remove foreign materials bitten in a discharge port positively by constituting each pilot piston to be forcively moved respectively so as to open/close the discharge port under the condition that a main piston is moved to each of end sides respectively to the maximum extent. CONSTITUTION:When a rotating shaft 2 is driven, an eccentric cam 3 is rotated, and a pair of main pistons 11 moves to each of opposite directions in such a way that each of the pistons come close to/apart from the rotating shaft 2. In this case, when air is sucked into a cylinder 10, No.1 large diameter section 11a of the main piston 11 strikes against its small diameter section 13a, thereby pushing a pilot piston 13 is forcively. As a result, a discharge port 21 is opened, air in the cylinder 10 is discharged. And when foreign materials are held between the middiameter section 13c of the pilot piston 13 and the discharge port 21, the pilot piston 13 is forcively pulled back by No.2 large diameter section 11b of the main piston 11 upon immobilizing the pilot piston 13.</p> |
