PURPOSE:To omit a cam mechanism and to simplify mechanism by constituting the titled device in such a manner that a 2nd developer agitating body is oscillated by the rotational contact of a 1st developer agitating body. CONSTITUTION:The front end frame part of the rotating developer agitating body 10 comes into contact with a sloped guide rib 24 of the 2nd developer agitating body 20 when said agitating body 10 is rotated in the direction shown by an arrow. The 2nd agitating body 20 is pushed and moved backward around a turning shaft 21 as a fulcrum by the guide effect of this rotating slope. The front end frame part of the rotating agitating body 10 comes into contact with a projecting lever 25 of the agitating body 20 at the point of the time when said frame part travels beyond the rib 24 upon additional rotation of the agitating body 10 from the above-mentioned state. The 2nd agitating body 20 is forcibly turned forward around the shaft 21 as the fulcrum by the leverage of this projecting lever 25 and is thereby oscillated and reset. The developer T around a developer replenishing means 3 is agitated by the oscillating motion of the 2nd agitating body 20 in the developer T.
