PURPOSE:To improve the space efficiency and the ease of maintenance, etc., by making unnecessary a hot water flow regulator valve for each secondary heat exchanger by controlling the heat exchanging rate at the primary heat exchanger inversely proportional to the outdoor temperature as a means to control the fed hot water temperature to the secondary heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:As a means to control the feed hot water temperature to a secondary heat exchanger 25, heat exchanging rate controlling devices 28, 29 are provided which control the heat exchanging rate at primary heat exchangers 23, 24 inversely proportional to the temperature detected by an outdoor temperature sensor 30. Because of this, the temperature of hot water supplied to the space heating secondary heat exchanger 25 is controlled to be high when the outdoor temperature is low, and low when the outdoor temperature is high at the primary heat exchanger for heating. Therefore, the feed hot water temperature can be controlled according to the outdoor temperature without requiring a hot water flow regulator for each secondary heat exchanger 25, thereby improving the space efficiency and the ease of maintenance, etc.
