PURPOSE:To drive both master and slave disks while keeping the relation of position constant by providing a couple of drive rollers driven while clipping the master disk and the salve disk from both sides and a back tension provision roller so as to keep both the disks in close contact with each other in a excellent way. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of a couple of driven rollers 4a, 4b provided to clip the overlapped master disks 1, 2 and the slave disk 3 from both sides, a couple of back tension provision rollers 5a, 5b and a couple of magnetic heads 6a, 6b as a transfer magnetic field generating source arranged whose magnetic gap is opposed toward the disks between the rollers 4a, 5a and 4b, 5b, and the back tension provision rollers 5a, 5b give a back tension in opposite direction to the drive direction of the disks 1-3 to the disks 1-3. Since the disks 1-3 are subjected to tensile strength from both sides in the drive direction between the rollers 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b, the disks 1-3 are contacted closely and the mutual relation of position is kept stably.
