发明名称 SURFACE INSPECTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To judge a continuous cracking flaw with high accuracy regardless of its shape by reading a binary image of a constant area at an end part of a body to be inspected which is stored in a frame memory and deciding the continuity of the flaw from a plate end part. CONSTITUTION:The inspection signal of the surface of the body to be inspected which is detected by using a detection head 21 is converted by a binary coding circuit 22 into a binary signal and the constant area of the end part of the body to be inspected is determined in the binary signal converted according to the surface of the body to be inspected and stored as a binary image in the frame memory 23. A continuity judging means 24 reads the binary image out of the frame memory 22 and decides the continuity of the flaw from the plate end part. When the continuity judging means 24 judges the continuity, the binary image regarding the flaw is counted by a counting circuit 26 and when the counted value exceeds a predetermined set value, a comparing circuit 27 decides the cracking flaw of the plate end part.
