PURPOSE:To improve the fixing and the anti-offsetting properties of the titled toner by passing a colored particle contg. a binding resin and a coloring agent, and a mold releasing agent into an impact part at a specified atmospheric temp. condition, thereby fixing the mold releasing agent with said colored particle. CONSTITUTION:The colored particle A contg. the binding resin and the coloring agent and the mold releasing agent B having <=0.2 particle size ratio of said agent B to the colored particle A, are passed at the atmospheric temp. of 10-90 deg.C, into the impacting part which is constituted of a rotating parts and a fixed parts and has 0.5-5mm of the most short gap between them or which is constituted of the two kinds of the rotating parts and has 0.5-5mm of the most short gaps between them. The mold releasing particle B is fixed with the surface of the colored particle A with covering ratio of 0.2-50% at the impacting part by mechanical impact. Thus, the mold releasing agent is uniformly and effectively melted on the surface of the colored particle A by a thermal press, thereby obtaining the good offsetting property of the titled toner. |
