PURPOSE:To set variable an optimum flow responding to the individual piping lines by connecting in series the limit time opening connection of a timer at the intermediate point between the valve opening side input line of an electric motor and the valve opening side power supply input line of an electromotive valve. CONSTITUTION:At power supply input lines 1P and 2P at the valve opening side of an electromotive valve, the power supply input line of a timer T and the valve opening side input lines (m) and (o) of an electric motor M are connected parallel. The limit time opening connection B of the timer T is connected in series at the intermediate point between the valve opening side input line (o) of the electric motor M and the valve opening side power supply input line 2P of the electromotive valve, and moreover, a constant closing connection NC of a valve closing switch CLS which operates only at the valve closing time is connected in series at the intermediate point between the valve closing side input line (s) of the electric motor M and the valve closing side power supply input line 3P of the electromotive valve. By making the setting time of the timer T variable, the valve opening amount can be made variable and an optimum flow can be set.
