PURPOSE:To obtain the titled wire free from defect of the tooth of the metallic wire, by coating the whole surface of a coiled metallic wire consisting of e.g. hard steel wire with a plastic mainly made from ethyl cellulose. CONSTITUTION:The objective wire can be obtained by coating the whole surface of a coiled metallic wire 1 consisting of hard steel wire or alloy wire with a plastic 3 mainly made from ethyl cellulose. This wire is shielded from ambient air; furthermore, a rust preventive oil is leached between the wire 1 and the film 3 to effect perfect rust prevention and moisture proofness, thus eliminating rust generation.
