PURPOSE:To perform operations of equipments simply and reliably by performing composite operations of the equipments with composite operation programs which are read out by a predetermined package voice command and perform the operations of the car-mounted equipments and the return to their initial conditions in accordance with a predetermined time series. CONSTITUTION:Composite operation programs performing operations of car- mounted equipments 18 and the return to their initial conditions in accordance with a predetermined time series are stored in an equipment operation memory 10. When a speaker utters a package voice command to a microphone 16, if this voice command coincides with the registered word on a registration word setting memory 12 in a voice recognition circuit 14 and also the current car travel coincides with the travel condition being set by a travel condition detection means 20, the voice recognition circuit 14 executes the said programs and performs a series of composite operations of the car-mounted equipments in accordance with a predetermined time series.
