PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of a contact point or the impossibility of the insertion of an IC card by fitting a contact point holder to a first case freely turnably, shifting the contact point holder through a lever and bringing the contact point into contact with the IC card in a process of closing a second case. CONSTITUTION:When an upper case 2 storing the IC card 1 is closed, one end 4a of the lever 4 in a lower case 3 is pushed down. Consequently, the lever 4 rotates with a supporting point 4a as a center and the other end 4b pushes up the contact point holder 6. The contact point holder 6 rotates a supporting point 6a as the center and the contact point 5 is brought into contact with the contact point of the IC card 1. Thus, the contact point which is brought into conductive contact with the IC card is prevented from being destroyed at the time of inserting and taking out the card.
