PURPOSE:To observe the memory contents of both a memory to be observed and a RAM circuit at one time and at a high speed by securing the correspondence between the address of the RAM circuit storing the same data value as the memory device for an object to be observed and a display position on the screen of a display device and at the same time controlling the video information on the display position in response to the data value stored in the RAM circuit. CONSTITUTION:A RAM circuit 430 of an observing device 400 stores the same data as a main memory device 200 for an object to be observed and the same information as the device 200 is supplied to the circuit 430 through an address decoding circuit 420. A CRT graphic control circuit 450 displays the data value stored in the circuit 430 on the screen of a CRT display device 600. In other words, the 1:1 correspondence is secured between an address of the circuit 430 and a display position on the screen of the device 600. At the same time, the luminance of said display position is displayed in response to the data value stored in the circuit 430. Thus it is possible to observe simultaneously the memory contents of device 200 with large capacity as well as the changing states of said memory contents at a high speed.
