<p>PURPOSE:To enable a film to be laminated with a print paper, etc. without using organic solvent by making laminated one sheet, while heat and press-welding the print paper, etc. and polypropylene series film piled up by way of powder like adhesive. CONSTITUTION:After a print paper, etc. and polypropylene series film are piled up by way of powder like adhesive such as terpene resin, rosin resin and petroleum resin, print lamination process is carried out by making piled one sheet by heat and press-welding. The thickness of a single layer film in polypropylene series film is 12-20mum, and the thickness of the composite film is 15-20mum in total, and then the thickness of the flexible polymer layer in the composite film is preferably 1-5mum. The various methods of the heat and press-welding are applied, but it is sufficient to carry out the operation by heated pinch rolls. The film surface may be preliminarily treated to improve the adhesive property between the film and the powder like adhesive.</p> |
