PURPOSE:To surely take out parts one by one by installing an engaging body for engaging the succeeding part by advancing and retreating the side edge of the succeeding part contiguous to the part which is allowed to contact a positioning body by a pressing body. CONSTITUTION:In the state where shutters 5 and 6 are closed and chucks 9 and 10 are opened, a pressing body 7 is raised by a minute pressure cylinder 8, and a part W fitted with a magazine 1 is raised by the pressing body 7, and the part W at the upper edge part is allowed to contact the top edge parts of the shutters 5 and 6, and positioning is performed. After a pick-up head lowers and holds the part W, the chucks 9 and 10 are closed, and the next part W is nipped from the both sides and engaged, and then a spacer 11 intrudes between the projection part W2 of the part W at the upper edge part and the projection part W2 of the next part W, and then the shutters 5 and 6 are opened to release the part W at the upper edge part. In this state, the pick-up head rises, and the part W at the upper edge part which is held by the pick-up head is taken out from the magazine 1. |
