PURPOSE:To fit a handle either to the right or the left by protruding a hollow rotary shaft through the right and left flanges of a winding drum, removably connecting the handle to one side, and connecting an inside hose connecting nipple to the inside opening on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A hollow rotary shaft 6 is protruded through the right and left flanges 3 of the winding drum (b) of a hose winder A to support a support frame (a). A handle 6 is fitted to the hollow rotary shaft 6 on one side, a faucet side hose connecting nipple 19 is screwed to a faucet side hose junction 18 on the other side, a hose (e) is connected to the hose junction 10 of an inside hose connecting nipple 7 via a quick joint 11 and extracted from a split drum piece 1 and wound on the winding drum (b). These parts are formed of an elastic raw material such as plastic and assembled utilizing its elastic force. Accordingly, the handle can be freely fitted either to the right or the left of the winding drum.
