PURPOSE:To reduce wear of a supporting and shifting face of a horizontal housing by forming a fixed part at the longitudinal center of the horizontal housing, side guides at both sides, and a sliding guide member supporting the own weight of the housing. CONSTITUTION:A central fixing part 9 is installed at the longitudinal center of a horizontal housing 1 to fix the housing 1 at 4 points. Side guides 8 guiding the side part of the housing 1 and sliding guide members 7 supporting the weight of the housing 1 are installed in the longitudinal end sides of the housing 1 and between the bottom face of the housing 1 and a base plate 4 respectively to smoothly slide the housing 1. Thus, the supporting parts are prevented from surface roughening and wear is reduced because the housing 1 freely elongates in both the longitudinal directions from the central part.
